We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our ecommerce store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

E-gift cards are a popular gift option for customers, and they can also be a great way to drive traffic to your ecommerce store. By selling e-gift cards, you can create a new revenue stream for your business and encourage repeat purchases.
This e-gift card policy outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase and redemption of e-gift cards for your ecommerce store. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or redeeming an e-gift card.
E-gift cards can be purchased from your ecommerce store website. To purchase an e-gift card, simply select the desired amount and add it to your shopping cart. You will then be able to checkout and pay for your purchase using one of your preferred payment methods.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing a unique e-gift card code. You can then forward this email to the recipient of the e-gift card, or print it out and give it to them in person.
E-gift cards can be redeemed for any product or service sold on your ecommerce store website. To redeem an e-gift card, simply enter the unique e-gift card code at checkout. E-gift cards can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $500. You can purchase multiple e-gift cards in a single order, up to a maximum of $1,000.
E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. E-gift cards are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
E-Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, any remaining balance on the gift card will be forfeited. E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund. E-Gift Cards are not transferable.
E-gift cards do not expire. However, you may choose to set an expiration date for your e-gift cards. If an e-gift card expires, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards
If an e-gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.

Funky Sell reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts for any reason, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent use of e-gift cards
Violation of the Funky Sell e-gift card policy
Violation of the Funky Sell terms of service
If an account is suspended, the customer will be notified by email. The customer may be able to reinstate their account by contacting Funky Sell customer support and resolving the issue that led to the suspension.
**If an account is terminated, the customer will no longer be able to use their e-giftr website.
